Michelle is definitely the brains of the operation and holds this family-run business together. In between breakfast, lunch, supper and raising four boys, Michelle keeps the office in order! She prefers paralyzers and a good laugh.

Vance Potter'built' is the muscle behind the operation. He may be small, but he packs a punch. And yes that wrench he is holding is a standard size 3/4" wrench you'd find in any tool box. The only thing he loves crushing more than beers is rocks!

James 'Jimmy' Day just gets it done. He's as talented as he is good looking. As a former Rig Driller, this guy knows how to maximize production. He was so good he single handedly flooded the global oil market causing a catastrophic collapse. You better watch out gravel!
